Seal of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police Accredited Agency. The circular emblem features a navy blue background with gold lettering and trim. At the center is the New Jersey state coat of arms with two female figures, a shield, and a horse’s head crest. A ribbon below reads “Liberty and Prosperity” with the year 1776.
